Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, registering a participant, making a payment or using an online submission feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Accounts and authorised registrations

Account holders must provide accurate, current information and protect their login credentials. A parent, guardian, school, academy or coach registering a participant confirms that they are authorised to do so. One account may manage registrations for more than one participant where the event form permits it.

Participant information and eligibility

You must provide accurate participant information. GSSDF may use the registered name, date of birth and phone number to identify a participant across registrations. Event eligibility, categories, age groups, dates, fees and required documents are governed by the event listing and may be verified by GSSDF before or after registration.

Registrations, payments and acceptance

A registration is not confirmed until the applicable payment is completed and the registration status is accepted or otherwise confirmed by GSSDF. Payment confirmation does not override eligibility requirements, incomplete documents, inaccurate information, capacity limits or event rules.

Online submissions

Where enabled, the Online Submission Vault accepts only the formats and links stated for the relevant event. Shared submission links require secure identity verification or an authorised account. Submitted content is locked after confirmation and may be changed only if an administrator reopens or deletes the submission.

Conduct and fair participation

Participants, parents, coaches and representatives must follow event instructions, act respectfully and not attempt to manipulate registrations, payments, results, submissions or access controls. GSSDF may refuse participation, suspend access or take other appropriate action where rules are breached or safety, fairness or operations are affected.

Event changes

Event schedules, venues, categories, formats, officials and programme details may need to change because of weather, safety, capacity, government directions, operational needs or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the website or registered contact details.

Intellectual property and media

Website content, logos and materials belong to GSSDF or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. By participating, you permit GSSDF to use event-related names, results, photographs, videos and submissions for administration, results, certificates and reasonable promotional or reporting purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific consent collected for an event.

Liability

Participation in sport carries inherent risks. Participants and their authorised representatives are responsible for ensuring fitness, supervision, insurance and compliance with event instructions. To the extent permitted by law, GSSDF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in an event.

Governing matters

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
