Event-specific rules come first
Some events may have their own cancellation or refund terms shown on the event page, registration form or official communication. Those specific terms apply in addition to this policy. Please review them before payment.
Completed registrations
Registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment is completed, because event planning, platform processing, administration and capacity are committed at the time of registration. GSSDF may review exceptional circumstances at its discretion where an event’s stated terms allow it.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same registration, or if a payment was captured but the registration did not update correctly, contact us promptly. We will verify the transaction with the payment record and correct a confirmed duplicate or technical error where applicable.
Failed or pending payments
A failed, cancelled or pending payment does not confirm a registration. Do not make repeated payments for the same participant without first checking your registration and transaction history. If a bank or payment app shows a debit while the payment remains pending, please allow the provider’s normal settlement period before raising a support request.
Event cancellation or material change
If GSSDF cancels an event and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will communicate the available next steps to registered account holders. Depending on the event, this may include a refund, transfer to a rescheduled date, credit toward another event or another stated remedy.
How to request a review
Email globalssdf@gmail.com with the registered participant name, registered email or phone number, event name, registration ID and payment reference. Please do not share full card or banking details. Requests may take time to review where payment-provider reconciliation is required.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method wherever possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. GSSDF cannot control delays caused by a bank, card issuer, UPI app or other payment service.
